Tammy joined PVG in 2021 with 20+ years of experience in people operations and operations management. Her thoughtful approach to work is grounded in listening and patient decision-making. Top priorities for her are supporting an inclusive culture, having team unity, and keeping the operations running smoothly by thinking a few steps ahead.
Biography
Prior to PVG, Tammy was the Director of Operations for a family owned investment bank, handling human resources and firm operations. Before that she was at Updata Partners, a technology-focused growth equity firm based in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for investor communications/relations, people operations, operations management, and executive support. Earlier in her career, she held similar roles at Discovery Capital Management, an emerging markets hedge fund in CT, and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in NY, an insurance and financial services company.
Tammy studied at the University of Colorado-Boulder and then Sacred Heart University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science. Tammy is a military spouse and in the past has volunteered at the squadron to provide military significant others with support, squadron communications from the Commander and unity. She lives in the Southeast with her family.
